At the April Technique Club meeting we made JEWELERY!!! It was so much fun. We used our Hodgepodge Hardward, Designer Label Punch, Window Sheets, Pretties Kit, etc. The first sample is the Riding Hood Red version we made in class.
This pink version is what I gave my two daughters for Mother's Day. The next picture shows the inside of the card with the pocket to hold the necklace chain. I added matching earrings and hung them inside.
One club member, Robin Y., accecpted the challenge to recreate the class project. All of the club members were impressed with her work. Shown below are the two samples she shared with us. On this card she used the beautiful Medallion technique from one of our prior classes.
It you look cloase you can see that she added earrings to this one. Great minds run in the same direction!
The current Technique Club will end in October 2009. We will take enrollment for next year's club in November and December. Be sure to watch for the announcment. You really do not want to miss out on all the fun we have!
