I came up with another way to use this fun stamp set -- an 8" square scrapbook page featuring the "THINGS I LOVE" stamp set. What can you come up with? You will find this set on Page 54 of the 2009/2010 Idea Book and Catalog (Item No. 115229, $15.95). The sample in the catalog is really cute and very clever.
The Recipe is:
Stamps: Things I Love
Card Stock and Paper: Bashful Blue cs 8" square, Old Olive scrap, Rich Razzleberry scrap, Whisper White (sized to fit your picture), Crushed Curry textured scrap.
Ink: Classic Pads: Basic Black, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White. Basic Black Journaler.
Accessories and Tools: One Silver Jumbo Grommet, Mini Glue Dots, SNAIL Adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mat Pack, Paper Cutter, Hammer, Paper Snips, Paper Pierceing Tool, Modern Label Punch, 1" Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, 1 1/4 Square Punch, Stamp-a-ma-Jig.
I would have liked the picture to come out better -- it is hard to get a good shot of pastel colors. Since I know it is hard to read, the message under the flower on the far right says "...but most of all YOU".
Please call with any questions you have. Warning, I will begin posting some Halloween samples soon. Yes, I know, it is not far away. Keep checking.

Do you love our Punches as much as I do? Then you'll love my new Crazy for Punches Class. Check out some of the fun things we can do with our punches. The Geisha Girl is adorable and uses several punches. I took some liberty with the red one, it is the Lattice Die for the Big Shot. I hope you will let me slide on that one. It is punched with the Big Shot! It is a beautiful monochromatic theme. The third card is a pinwheel using square punches and two of our new In-Colors, Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo. I had fun making them and look forward to sharing them with you.
Dates: Friday, September 4 at 6:30 pm or Saturday, September 5 at 1:30pm
Class Fee $20. We will make two each of the three cards.
A total of 6 cards. I kept these cards generic so you can use them for any occasion you need.
We made this fun game at the Kids Class the weekend before I took off for Convention. It was such a hit that I have decided to make one with a Halloween Theme. For this one we used the Tall Tales Designer Series Paper, the Big Shot Scallop Circle Die and magnetic sheets I bought at a craft store. The Big Shot cut through the magnet sheet really well. We dressed up the back of the game also. Sorry, I did not take a picture of that. This game provides great entertainment for kids while driving and sitting in restaurants. Hey, it would also be good at the ball park when a younger sibling is sitting with nothing to do.
Thanks for looking. More fun projects are coming soon so check back regularly.
I am so excited to share with you the fun and excitement of over 3,000 Stampin'Up! Demonstrators who gathered at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. First, is a picture of my roommate (Michelle) and I. She called me the day that registration opened for convention and invited me to travel with her and to be her roommate. I, of course, jumped at the opportunity and we had a great time. We shared thoughts, ideas and plans for the future. I am deeply grateful to her for sharing this time with me.
The next picture is Ann Clemmer and yours truly. I have admired Ann from afar for several years. I contaced her before leaving for convention and she graciously agreed to meet with me and share some ideas. I have found that Stampin'Up! demonstrators are very nice people. She did not have to do this -- I am not in her downline! Ann received two great awards -- Demonstrator of the Year (this award is based on a balanced business of sales and recruiting, and managing/nurturing your downline). She was #7 out of 100 which is awesome. She was also voted to join the Stampin'Up! Advisory Board for the 2009/2010 fiscal year. I am so happy for her and feel honored to have shared a few minutes with her.
I came home with lots of pictures and ideas for the upcoming holidays. I will share those with you as each class is scheduled.
P.S. If you are interested in a home business with flexible hours, low initial investment and the fun of making lots of new friends, this is for you. Call me so we can talk about it.
