The new Sale-A-Bration catalog has been mailed! If you have not received yours yet, keep watching because it will arrive soon. Keep it handy -- I will call you within the next two to three weeks and ask this question: What is the name of the stamp set on page ? A correct answer will qualify you for free shipping on your 1st order during Sale-A-Bration. (Note: Order must be placed between Jan. 5 and Jan. 30., 2010 by email to me or by phone.) Whose phones will ring first? If your order is ready when I call, I will give you an additional $5 discount.

Hi Friends: I simply could not wait to show you the second new punch set that Stampin'Up! is offering. This one is the Scallop Trim Border and Scallop Trim Corner Punches.
Don't you love scallops! Now we have an open scallop. And with the Two-Step Punching, you can quickly punch the corners only, or punch the entire square (size of your choice) and have a beautiful mat in a very short time. The next picture shows the edges punched.
The Scallop Trim Corner punch is on Page 11 ($9.95, Item 118870) of the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog. The Scallop Trim Border punch is on Page 9 of the Sale-A-Bration (SAB) mini catalog and it is FREE -- with a $50.00 purchase (which is the same for all the other items in the SAB catalog). Isn't that exciting! Remember, there is no limit on the SAB products. You get a free item with each $50.00 purchase. Watch for samples of both of the new punch designs after the holidays. The two new mini catalogs will be available for purchase on January 5, 2010. You have until January 4, 2010 to order anything from the Holiday Mini that you need.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy Punching!

Do you have trouble knowing where to keep your cards so you can find them when you need them? We have the answer! Let's kick off the New Year with a beautiful box to store and organize your greeting cards.
This project uses the "Sunny Day" Simply Scrappin' Kit (You know how much I love our Simply Scrappin' Kits, lol), -- they are all beautiful and are such a good deal!). The class fee includes the box, dividers and embelishments.
In case you wonder why I am posting a January class now, it is because I am planning ahead and wanted to allow time to offer you an Early Bird price.
SAVE THE DATE!
Dates: Friday, January 8 at 6:30pm or Sunday, January 10 at 1pm. Register before January 5 to take advantage of the Early Bird price of $25.00. After January 5 the price is $30.00.
Did I mention that this is a "StampingwithJudy" original? Well shucks, I really like it and I know all of you do also. To make it easier for you I have included a paypal link with five options:
But that's not all -- if you are not one our local blog readers you can order the box completed for you. The price for this option is $35.00 to cover the cost of shipping. Be sure to include your complete mailing address and phone number.
5. Completed project at $35.00

Happy Day after Christmas! I hope you had as much fun as we did. Since it is rare for us to have all of our Grandchildren together, we took this picture at our Christmas Eve Dinner Party.
I cannot call them my Six Pack anymore. Jessica and Damon were married on Dec. 19th, so we now have 7 grandchildren. Back row: Patrick (13 in 2 days), Michelle (22), Grandpa. Middle row: Samantha (11), Grandma, Damon (28). Front Row: Bryan (14), Joshua (7) and Jessica (27).
They are so cute and they are all very special to me. Not everyone can say that they have had grandbabies to play with for 27 years. Since our youngest is now 7, I am patiently waiting for the next baby. I wonder who will be first -- our son who was married two years ago, or our granddaughter who was married a week ago!
I plan to use this picture in the calendar I have planned to make for Christmas 2010 with the My Digital Studio program. As the year progresses, I will use pictures taken at our family events so that when they receive the Calendars, it will be a memory book of 2010 (the exception being the 2009 Christmas pictures). So, you see how that works -- I will be working on the calendar once a month and it will be ready for the next holiday without any stress! Call me if you have any questions about this fabulous paper crafting program.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

For the first time in my life my efforts to decorate our home for the Christmas Holidays has been very minimal. No, it is not because I have lost interest, it is simply the time spent to attend our Granddaughter's wedding the week before Christmas.
On a bright note, my daughter's surprised me with a "real wreath". I was so surprised. What a thoughtful gift. I gave it a prominent spot in the entry hall --it is the first thing people see when they walk in. The more I looked at it, the more I realized I could incorproate a Decor Element with it. I received the "Jingle all the Way" Decor Element free during one of Stampin'Up!'s specials.
Here is a close up view of the Decor Element. I have to tell you that it was very easy to apply. Step one is to turn the image over to reveal the back side, use the burnishing tool to rub gently so that the element adheres firmly to the sticky side. Next you slowly remove the backing beginning at a corner and working at an angle. If any piece did not stick you burnish it some more until it is adhered. The final step is to place it where you want it and burnish again to transfer the image to your wall. Slowly remove the sticky backing starting at an angle from a corner. I was amazed at how quick and easy it was.
When the holidays are over I will remove it. I will let you know if that is just a easy. This message is reaching you while I am attending our Granddaughter's wedding. Enjoy your Holidays!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Hi Friends: Here is a sample of the newly designed punches. The pattern I am showing you today is found on Page 17 of the new 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog. You should have received that mini as well as the Sale-A-Bration Mini by the time you see this post. If you have not received these two catalogs you will soon. Watch your mailbox.
The Corner Punch is open (picture on the left side) and the Border Punch is closed (picture on the right side). "With a larger cutting surface and a sleeker body, our new punches give you greater cutting precision, better punching leverage and space saving storage".
This view shows the Locking Button which allows the punches to store flat.
We will begin by showing the corner punch. This is fairly standard. Don't you love this new image. Wait until you see the next picture -- it is called Two-Step Punching!!!
So, you see how the border punch lines up with the corner!!! That is why we call it Two-Step Punching. Check out the next picture.
