Do you remember that there are a list of free stamp sets you can earn at the back of the Sale-A-Bration mini catalog? I have been ordering some of those, and since one of my grandsons is playing on a Basketball team, I needed the "Just Basketball" stamp set for his scrapbook pages -- I received it free!!!
Here are two sample cards my daughter made with the stamp set. As the team mom she needed thank you cards for the coaches.
The first card uses Basic Grey card stock, Pumpkin Pie Ink Pad and Linen Thread as an accent. The second card is done with Whisper White, Basic Black and Real Red card stock. The background is done with Basic Black ink. This is a stamp if off technique to give a lighter image. To do this you ink your stamp, stamp it on a piece of scrap paper and then stamp it on your project.
